Announcement of the Results of the Review of the Annual Plan for the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality on annual activity proposals for Urban Green Low Carbon Scene Demonstration Bases of the 2022 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Forum and the 10^th Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Forum

To relevant units,

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Notice on Soliciting Annual Plans for the 2022 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Forum and the 10^th Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Forum, Urban Green Low Carbon Scene Demonstration Bases” issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, the committee organized experts to conduct a review of the annual plan for the Urban Green Low Carbon Scene Demonstration Bases. Through voluntary application, document review, expert evaluation, and approval by the forum headquarters, it is proposed to designate 8 declared bases, including the IBR Future Complex, AntoHill Near Zero Carbon Campus, and China Emissions Exchange (Shenzhen) as the list of City Green Low Carbon Scene Demonstration Bases for the 10^th Shenzhen International Low Carbon City Forum. This list is announced in accordance with the procedure.

Any units or individuals who have objections to the listed projects in the announcement are requested to submit their objections in writing, along with relevant information and supporting documents (please provide your contact address and information), within 5 days from the date of this announcement. If objections are raised by a unit, the official seal of the unit should be affixed to the objection materials. If objections are raised by an individual, the individual’s real name (not printed) should be signed on the objection materials. Our committee will keep the identity and information of the objectors confidential. To ensure that the handling of objections is objective, fair, and just and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the candidate units, we will not accept any objections submitted anonymously.
