Introduction to the Roadshow
The 2023 Carbon Peak & Carbon Neutrality Forum and Shenzhen International Low-carbon City Forum is planned to be held in Shenzhen this November, during which a number of thematic forums (including the main forum) and supporting activities will be held. The Organizing Committee will invite the important political leaders, industry leaders, scientific and technological leaders, representatives of international organizations, renowned experts and scholars, and well-known entrepreneurs both from China and abroad to attend the event.
On August 29, the International Green and Low-carbon Technology Project Roadshow and Trade Conference (Session II), as one of the supporting activities of the forum, was held as scheduled. The event was hosted by the Shenzhen International Low-carbon Forum Development Center and organized by the Southern Fusion & Innovation Region of Chambroad Holding Group.
Green Technologies
1. Smart Energy Project at Zhihui Plaza
Zhihui Plaza, located in Luohu District, Shenzhen City, has a total area of 20,000 square meters, and is the largest one-stop commercial electric vehicle sales and service center in Shenzhen, with all brands. The Smart Energy Project at Zhihui Plaza is a pilot project of near-zero carbon emission area in Shenzhen and has been selected into the "Pioneer Urban Zero Carbon Area" project pool of Luohu District. Its completion and operation will play a positive demonstration role for the construction of near-zero carbon emission pilot areas in Shenzhen.
The Project is jointly built by Towngas China Company Limited, Ritar International Group and Zhihui Plaza. It integrates various technical elements such as distributed photovoltaic, energy storage, flexible capacity expansion, integrated cooling station and smart energy platform. At present, the Project has been roughly completed. It is anticipated that 3,960 tons of carbon emissions can be reduced throughout the life cycle of the Project, and the total carbon emissions from the buildings will drop by 47% by 2025. In particular, by installing a flexible charging stack, the flexible capacity expansion technology, as a highlight of this Project, allows the reduction of the power cables by about 3 km, which is equivalent to a one-time carbon reduction of about 60 tons.
The Project also makes full use of idle roof resources and builds 235kW distributed photovoltaic power capacity on the roof, which can provide shared power in the form of 266,000kWh green electricity every year, covering 84% of the annual power consumption of Zhihui Plaza Green Power Center, equivalent to an annual carbon reduction of 127 tons. The solar panels laid not only functions as waterproofing materials, but also promotes the low-carbon transition of the sites for the purpose of energy conservation, efficiency improvement and carbon reduction in buildings.

2 Cycle Power Generation Technology of Nanjing TICA Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The cycle power generation technology displayed by Nanjing TICA Energy Technology Co., Ltd. adopts the principle of Organic Rankine Cycle, which is safe, stable and efficient. Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power generation utilizes the low boiling point of organic working medium. Generally, under the condition of medium and low temperature (90-300°C) heat source, the potential energy of working medium generated by the temperature difference between cold and hot sources is used to drive the expander to generate electricity, so as to convert low grade thermal energy into high grade electric energy. TICA has developed a series of power generation systems based on this technical principle, among which TICA's new generation PureCycle series Organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system is representative.
The system can be configured in a dual-unit or multi-unit combination according to the user's needs, realizing full coverage below 3MW. High-efficiency expanders are used to realize heat and electricity conversion efficiency of 10%-20%. When there is sufficient heat source, multiple units can be connected in parallel to increase the power generation of the system, so as to make full use of heat while saving site space. It has a high degree of automation and can realize remote control. The system recovers medium and low temperature waste heat (80-300°C) for power generation, which can improve energy utilization efficiency and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.

Shandong Chambroad Timber Eco-friendly Wood
Chambroad Timber believes that wood is alive, and its internal fibrous cells exchange moisture with the outside world at all times. The resulting dryness, wetness, shrinkage and expansion often lead to frequent deformation, cracking and other problems of wood. In view of this pain point, Chambroad Gentlemen Wood extracts soluble sugar and inorganic salt from wood through high-tech pretreatment technology, and uses high-tech biomass modification technology to fill and modify the cell wall, which greatly overcomes the problems of original solid wood such as swelling deformation when exposed to water, warping due to water loss, cracking after long-term use, worm damage and corrosion, and overturns the disadvantages of traditional antiseptic process of only surface coating.
The product is characterized by controllable density and superior performance. Its maximum density can reach 1.2 g/cm3, elastic modulus up to 19380 MPa, water absorption expansion rate as low as 1.2%, and service life more than 10 times that of other outdoor materials. It has high performance index of Grade IX anti-termite, Grade I strong corrosion resistance, Grade B1 flame retardant, Grade 0 anti-mildew, and Grade ENf formaldehyde emission. At the same time, it has the characteristics of anti-cracking, anti-deformation, thermal insulation and sound isolation.
Chambroad Timber Eco-friendly Wood has been used in the Reconstruction Project (Phase III) of Eastern Seawall of Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula, the first ecological seawall project in Shenzhen. After reconstruction and transformation, the coastal corridor has revived.

Puhua Ecological Low-carbon Functional Coating
As introduced, one of the fundamental reasons why ecological livable construction cannot be realized for several years lies in that latex paint itself is a pollution source. It releases harmful gases such as formaldehyde and VOC, which pollute indoor air and endanger human health. After years of research and development of ecological inorganic coatings, Puhua has overcome the microporous anti-blocking process of raw materials, broken the traditional "plastic film" wall surface, created a "breathable living wall", and realized long-term decomposition of harmful gases such as formaldehyde and VOC, thus providing people with a healthy indoor ecology.
